Quercetin , a natural anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and  anti-blood clot  compound contained in abundance in various fruits and vegetables, is a zinc ionophore. The major benefit of taking quercetin with zinc is that the quercetin will push the zinc into the center of the cell where the zinc can stop the virus from reproducing. I wondered if the medical orthodoxy had caught up to the emerging positive literature on vitamin D and the prevention of COVID-19. As of January 26, 2023, infectious disease specialist Dr. Daniel C. An attorney associated with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. on Wednesday accused mainstream media of “deliberately stoking fear and outrage about vaccines in an attempt to derail Donald Trump’s nomination” of Kennedy for secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In an op-ed published in The Wall Street Journal , Aaron Siri said a recent New York Times report mischaracterized three narrow petitions his firm filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ). The petitions raised concerns about specific versions of three different vaccines, including one polio vaccine. No issue in the history of medicine has been as strident and polarized as that of the risk/benefit profiles of the various COVID vaccines being administered around the world. This article does not seek to clarify this issue to the satisfaction of either the pro-vaccine or the anti-vaccine advocates. However, all parties should realize that some toxicity does result in some vaccinated individuals some of the time, and that such toxicity can sometimes be unequivocally attributed to the preceding administration of the vaccine. Whether this toxicity occurs often enough and with great enough severity in vaccinated persons to be of greater concern than dealing with the contraction and evolution of COVID infections remains the question for many people.
